On Tuesday, June 12, media are invited to attend a demonstration of Air Canada's new Mobile Services. This customer service innovation was developed in cooperation with Sympatico-Lycos Inc. and will allow customers to access a variety of important travel information at any time from their web-enabled, wireless phone or communication device. With the launch of its service, Air Canada becomes the first carrier in Canada to offer mobile services to serve the travel needs of its customers. Danielle Poudrette, Vice President, Marketing, Air Canada will be joined by Bob Mountain, Chief Operating Officer, Sympatico-Lycos Inc. to launch this new user-friendly and convenient service.
